Join Teresa & Sarah Byer for a weekend of Kids Yoga! With their years of experience in both childhood education and of course, teaching Yoga, Sarah and Teresa have developed a weekend training to provide you with all of the tools you’ll need to teach Yoga to kids, youth and teens in your community!

Whether you’re a parent wanting to experience Yoga with your little ones, an educator or childcare professional wanting to add Yoga to your toolkit, or a Yoga teacher wanting to expand your services, this weekend will be a perfect fit. You’ll leave with a solid understanding of why Yoga is an amazing practice for youth, how to teach it to a variety of age groups and settings, and acquire skills and practical resources to plan and teach your very own Youth Yoga classes. Schedule: Friday 6 - 8 pm | Saturday 12 - 5 pm | Sunday 12 - 5 pm (12 training hours total)
